Watch Rapport is committed to providing its customers with exceptional service and unparalleled customer satisfaction. To that end, we will gladly accept eligible returns within 30 days from the date you received your item.

Eligible Returns

Below are the list of item that are eligible for returns.

All returns (except a damaged item) must be postmarked within 30 days of delivery (delivery is defined as when you signed that you received the item).

If the item was delivered damaged, you may return the item and it must be postmarked within 7 days of delivery (delivery is defined as when you signed that you received the item).

All returned items must be in the exact same condition, including all tags, boxes, books, stickers, seals & wraps, packaging, and accessories. 

The item must not be worn, tampered with, or devalued in any way. 

Upon receipt, the returned item will undergo a thorough inspection by one of our experts to ensure that the item is in the original condition in which it was sold to you and that it includes all tags, items, accessories, etc., before Watch Rapport will issue a refund. 

If the returned item is found to be devalued in any way, your watch will not be eligible for a refund. 

Watch Rapport is not responsible for any new damage or wear to your item after purchase. At Watch Rapport, most items are pre-owned and we are unable to honor any brand-specific warranties as we are not part of the manufacturing process. Our experts are thoroughly trained to look for any signs of wear or damage but are unable to foresee how future use will impact any item. 

How to Manage your Return

You can manage your return by going to the bottom of the page on Watch Report and clicking on “Easy Returns”. That will bring you to our “Return Center”, enter your order number and email address. Follow the instructions and select the item(s) you want to return. Once your request is approved, you will get a confirmation emailed to you with shipping guidelines.

Due to the nature of the inspection process, please be advised that approval generally takes a minimum of 10 days. Once approved, your request for a refund will be promptly processed. All returns will be charged a 10% restocking fee, except if your return is because the item was:

If you change Banks between the purchase and return of the item, it is your responsibility to contact your previous banking institution and advise them that a refund will be sent to the account. We accept returns on international orders. For international shipments and all returns on items shipped internationally will be made in U.S. Dollars only and in the same U.S. Dollar amount that was paid to us at the time of order. We are unable to provide any currency exchange estimates as these rates constantly fluctuate. All transactions are subject to the exchange rate at the time of processing and are determined by the intermediary financial institutions. We make no adjustments for currency exchange on returns.

Return Policy

All returns and refunds are governed by our Return Policy. Watch Rapport does not take title to returned items until the item arrives at our location.

Order Cancellation

All orders that are canceled or cannot be fulfilled will result in a refund. 

Coinbase Payments

Cryptocurrency payments are only subject to refunds in USD via bank wire transfer for the original purchase price. No refunds or exchange rates via Cryptocurrency will be applied. Any payments made via Coinbase using cryptocurrency will serve as an instant transfer of ownership to Watch Rapport. Watch Rapport will not refund any payments via Cryptocurrency.   

Cryptocurrency & Other Currency

Exchange rates, interest, the accumulated interest of any sort, currency value exchange, an increase of currency value, country exchange rates will not be applied from Watch Rapport's end. All refunds will be initiated and electronically transmitted only in USD via bank wire transfer. Refunds are only processed for the exact dollar amount listed on the order total. Any claims for exchange rates, interest, the accumulated interest of any sort, currency value exchange, an increase of currency value, country exchange rates will not be honored and immediately denied.   

Refund Processing

Refunds are usually processed within 24-48 hours by Watch Rapport. Depending on your financial institution and whether the refund will be initiated domestically or internationally, it may take up to 10 business days (Not including weekends or bank holidays) to credit to your account or appear on your statement. Refunds are usually returned to the original payment method with the exception of Cryptocurrency payments. Any Cryptocurrency payments, or ("Coinbase Payments") will be refunded only via bank wire transfer.

Do i get my money back if the item is used?
Depends. If the item condition states used,  pre-owned, or "unworn", we evaluate the item's condition during our inspection process with several factors and determine if the item is in sellable condition or not. If the item is considered used, its mainly referring to the amount of wear and tear, scratches, scuffs, etc. These matters are usually handled on case by case basis. Not to worry! We are here to work with you if you receive an item that is not as described.  
What if the item is not authentic?
If the item is not authentic, replica, or a fake, you can return it to us within 30-days for a full refund. You will need to provide supporting documents from a certified or verifiable source proving that the item is not authentic. 
What if you can't fulfill my order?
If we cannot fulfill your order, we will either cancel your order and provide a full immediate refund, or provide a refund and leave the transaction open until we can find a replacement. You can choose to cancel the order anytime for a full refund if we have not already received the item from the seller. Your transaction is backed by our money-back-guarantee. 
How long does it take to get a refund?
We process refunds and release funds from our end within 24-48 hours. However, depending on your financial institution, credits may take up to 10 business days to post back to your account. Not including weekends or bank holidays.
