Five-year guarantee

Every Rolex is subjected to a stringent set of tests to ensure its precision and reliability. Our confidence in our ever-stricter quality assurance allows us to set a new standard in watchmaking: all new Rolex watches bought as of 1 July 2015 now come with an international 5-year guarantee. Watches bought between 1 July 2013 and 30 June 2015 have all had their guarantee extended to 3 years.

The five-year guarantee which applies to all Rolex models is coupled with the green seal, a symbol of its status as a Superlative Chronometer. This exclusive designation attests that the watch has successfully undergone a series of specific final controls by Rolex in its own laboratories according to its own criteria, in addition to the official COSC certification of its movement.

Where are these watches coming from?

Watch Rapport works with vetted vendors, and certified suppliers worldwide.

Can I make any changes to my order?

Yes. Pre-orders can be changed upon request. Models are subject to availability.

Is my order guaranteed to be fulfilled?

No. All pre-orders are pending availability. If the order cannot be fulfilled, we'll notify you and issue an immediate refund.

Can I verify my watch with Rolex?

Yes. You can send your Rolex watch to service or any other source of your choice to verify authenticity etc.

Can I return my Rolex Watch?

Yes. You may return your watch within 30-days from the date of delivery unless you purchased an extended return policy. We do charge a 10% restocking fee since you're buying a new watch.

How long does delivery take?

Processing, shipping, and delivery will be within 180 days pending model availability. Once the order is shipped, you will receive a notification with tracking information. Please keep in mind pre-orders are not guaranteed to deliver.

Do you offer free shipping?

Yes. We offer free shipping worldwide. We also provide full order, and shipping insurance. All pre-orders nationwide only will be shipped complementary overnight delivery only once the order is ready to be shipped.

Will my watch come with the original box & papers?

Yes. Your watch will arrive with original box, papers, tags, etc.

Can I cancel my order?

Yes. You can cancel your order if we have not yet provided tracking information.

How do you process refunds?

Cancellations and refunds are usually processed within 3-5 business days. Depending on your financial institution and whether the refund will be initiated domestically or internationally, it may take up to 15 business days (Not including weekends or bank holidays) to credit to your account or appear on your statement.

Please Note: Refunds are usually returned back to the original payment method.

Will my Rolex watch come with the original warranty?

Yes. Rolex offers a 5 year manufacturer international warranty.

Why does delivery take so long?

Delivery is dependent on model availability. Most estimated lead times are subject to Rolex policies, and we have no control over availability times or wait lists. Rest assured our chances of securing the Rolex watch you want will be much easier than walking into the boutique. Most 95% of the Rolex inventory nationwide is soldout or unavailable to the public for immediate purchase.

Do I need to pay tax?

Yes. Rolex pre-orders are taxable. We charge an additional 10% flat rate to the listed price which includes sales tax, and our service fee. Tax and fee are applied at checkout, and applicable to all customers worldwide.

Why do I need to pay in advance?

Our suppliers require us to submit payment in advance. Therefore, when we submit payment in advance, we increase our chances of securing the watch much quicker.
