Watch Rapport will purchase your item using Escrow.com. Don’t worry, we’ll cover all the Escrow fees!

STEP 3 Time Frame: Immediate 

Watch Rapport will deduct the 3% service fee agreed upon. No other hidden fees!

STEP 4 Time Frame: 24-72 hours

Watch Rapport will send the remaining balance to you using Escrow.com. 

STEP 5 Time Frame: 24 hours

Escrow.com and Watch Rapport will notify you letting you know that the escrow account has been funded.

STEP 6 Time Frame: 24 hours

Can you pay me any other way besides Escrow.com?

Unfortunately, not. We use Escrow.com to make sure we provide a safe, and secure transaction process for all parties involved. Also, we want to avoid any risks to all the members of our community.

Can I use my own authenticator prior to shipping the item?

Unfortunately, not. We must use our highly vetted independent authenticators as they are covered within our insurance policy network in case any issues come up.

Will Watch Rapport release my funds prior to shipping the item to the buyer?

Yes. You don’t need to wait for the customer's approval. Once the inspection and authentication process has been successfully completed on our end, your funds are released immediately from Escrow.com.
