Yes. Your order may arrive much sooner. However, because orders ship from suppliers around the world, delivery lead time may vary in accordance with COVID-19 and or any other shipping variables.

 

Should I cancel my order?

You may request to cancel your order anytime and request a refund if it has not already been processed or in transit for delivery. Note: Due to consistent prices changes, if you cancel your order, you may not be eligible to receive the same price if you try and place the same order at a later time. Can I expedite my order?

Typically we do offer expedited shipping on select products if stated by the seller on the product listing page, and or if the option is available at checkout. Watch Rapport has limited control on shipping and delivery.

Your order will be processed during normal business hours. Orders usually ship standard complimentary delivery depending on the availability or when we receive the product from the seller. Estimated delivery dates are displayed on the product listing page, cart page, and checkout page. Tracking is provided via email as soon as your order ships. Business days do not include Fridays, Saturdays, Sundays, or holidays We use UPS, FedEX, DHL, or Malca-Amit for shipping. Processing Logistics

When you place an order we will estimate delivery dates based upon the availability of your products, shipping method selected and your shipment’s destination.

Delivery Requirements

For your protection and ours, all of our watches require a signature for delivery. If no one is home to receive the package, your local delivery driver will hold onto the package for a second and third delivery attempt. If you know that no one will be home to receive the package, you may leave a signed note for the delivery driver to deliver it to a neighbor. You may also arrange to pick up the package at your local delivery branch.

Shipping to an Alternative Address

If the address to which your order is being shipped differs from your billing address (the address to which your monthly credit card statement is sent), please use the toll-free number on the back of your card to contact your credit card company and create an "Alternate Shipping Address," which is simply a note on your account authorizing purchases that are delivered to a destination other than your billing address. Failure to do so may cause a considerable delay in the processing of your order.

If an item is damaged when received, the insurance company must conduct an investigation. Please contact CertifiedWatchStore.com to initiate an investigation within 3 business days of receiving the package. Do not dispose of the original shipping carton, as the insurer may want to inspect it.
