Domestic Shipping Outside 
the Contiguous

Shipping & delivery

Orders destined for delivery in the United States, however, outside of the 48 Contiguous States (eg; Hawaii, Alaska, APO, and FPO addresses) will be shipped via ground delivery.

Your order will be processed during normal business hours. All orders ship for FREE worldwide depending on the availability or when we receive the product from the seller. Estimated delivery dates are displayed on the product listing page, cart page, and checkout pages. 

Your estimated delivery date is sent via email, and can also be found on your order confirmation email Tracking is provided via email as soon as your order ships. 

Business days do not include Saturdays, Sundays, or holidays We use USPS, UPS, FedEx, DHL, or Malca-Amit for shipping.

Shipping Restrictions

For the protection of the shipment, and to avoid fraudulent orders, we do not deliver to PO Boxes or APO addresses.  

International Taxes & Duties

All orders within the United States are TAX-free except for California. International delivery may be TAX-free on select items. Please contact us before placing your order for further details.


Pre-order Taxes & Service Fees

All pre-order products are subject to a 10% flat sales tax rate worldwide, which is calculated at checkout. The sales tax includes our service fee. Taxes and service fees are collected only on "Brand New", and pre-order products.


Most international orders are subject to Customs Duty and Tax regulations specified by the designated country and are the sole responsibility of the customer. You may contact your local customs office for details.


The goods will be imported on behalf of the consignee/ebuyer. The consignee authorizes the (name of eTailer/supplier) to import the goods on his behalf. Further, the consignee/buyer agrees that (name of the eTailer/supplier) may delegate the obligation to import the goods on his behalf to a subcontractor (e.g. customs broker). The consignee will pay the taxes & duties in addition to the purchase price of the goods.

Insured Shipping

Shipping insurance is free. Watch Rapport provides insurance coverage for all products we ship out. 

Note: We do require signature confirmation on all orders. You will be asked to sign for the package upon delivery.

Global Shipments

Watch Rapport ships to virtually any address for free worldwide. Certain countries may be restricted. Please contact us prior to placing your order for more information.

Online Payments

International orders can be processed online and paid with Visa, MasterCard, Discover, or American Express. 

Verification

All online international orders are verified through Watch Rapport's payment system to accommodate our international cardholders. Please note that your order may be subject to additional verification of address or product availability. If more information is needed, you will be contacted by a customer service representative. You will receive a second email as soon as your order has been verified and processed.

To expedite the processing of your order, please be available at the phone number or email address you provided so that we are able to contact you. If our verification department is unable to reach you, your order may be delayed. If your order is not approved, you will be notified of your canceled order status via email.

Wire Transfer Payment

In addition to credit card payments, Watch Rapport also accepts international orders via wire transfer. Wire transfer orders must be submitted via email and processed manually. When sending Watch Rapport an international wire transfer payment, please make sure to pay all fees associated with your wire transfer (contact your bank for fee details). Watch Rapport will email you wire transfer instructions after an invoice is generated in our system and an order total is confirmed.

Shipping Issues

If an international order is received damaged or not received at all, an insurance claim must be initiated and finalized before customer compensation or product replacement is executed by Watch Rapport. If the item is received damaged, please contact Watch Rapport within 2 business days of delivery to conduct a claim.


Please hold onto your shipping box because our insurance company may want to inspect it. If the item is not received at all, we are required to wait 45 days after the shipment date to conduct an insurance claim.  

Processing Logistics and Handling

When you place an order we will estimate delivery dates based upon the availability of your products, the shipping method selected, and your shipment’s destination.

Requirements for Delivery

For your protection and ours, all of our watches require a signature for delivery. If no one is home to receive the package, your local delivery driver will hold onto the package for a second and third delivery attempt. If you know that no one will be home to receive the package, you may leave a signed note for the delivery driver to deliver it to a neighbor. You may also arrange to pick up the package at your local delivery branch.

Shipping to an Alternate Address

If the address to which your order is being shipped differs from your billing address (the address to which your monthly credit card statement is sent), please use the toll-free number on the back of your card to contact your credit card company and create an "Alternate Shipping Address," which is simply a note on your account authorizing purchases that are delivered to a destination other than your billing address. Failure to do so may cause a considerable delay in the processing of your order.


Note: If your payiing by bank wire transfer, no further actions are required.

Issues With your Shipment

If an item is damaged when received, the insurance company must conduct an investigation. Please contact us to initiate an investigation within 3 business days of receiving the package. Do not dispose of the original shipping carton, as the insurer may want to inspect it. When your order is received, please check it carefully. If there are any problems with your order, please contact Watch Rapport as soon as possible to make any necessary corrections, file a claim, or dispute.


If a shipped order was lost or damaged, the shipping carrier must conduct an investigation. Please contact Watch Rapport to initiate a tracer within 10 business days of the item being shipped. If the package cannot be located, the shipping carrier will process a claim for the package. Claims can take up to four weeks to process. When the carrier claims responsibility for the loss or damage of your shipped item(s), insurance reimbursement will be issued to Watch Rapport, and the replacement item(s) will be shipped out. If the item(s) is no longer available, and a similar item is rejected, Watch Rapport will gladly refund your original payment. 

If there are any noticeable discrepancies with your order or if the item delivered is the wrong item, please contact Watch Rapport to make any necessary corrections. Product discrepancies not notified to Watch Rapport within 2 days may not be eligible for replacement. Please do not use items that you believe are incorrect as it may void our ability to exchange or replace the items.

Packaging Issues

In the unlikely event that goods are received with damaged packaging, such as outer boxes, cases, instructions, manuals, etc. Watch Rapport reserves the right to replace the original packaging of products sold herein. Watch Rapport cannot guarantee a replacement of the manufacturer’s original packaging.

We offer FREE Returns worldwide. Items returned back damaged or defective will be deducted from any refunds given or may not be eligible for returns. Learn more about our return policy here.

Please Note: Watch Rapport does not guarantee order fulfillment. Any orders that cannot be fulfilled will be canceled and refunded.

FAQ

Can my order arrive sooner?

Yes. Your order may arrive much sooner. However, because orders ship from suppliers around the world, delivery lead time may vary in accordance with COVID-19 and or any other shipping variables.  

Can I cancel my order?

You may request to cancel your order anytime and request a refund if it has not already been processed or is in transit for delivery. Note: Due to consistent price changes, if you cancel your order, you may not be eligible to receive the same price if you try and place the same order at a later time. If you have any questions, please contact us prior to canceling your order to see if any other options may be available.

Can I expedite my order?

Typically we do offer expedited shipping on select products if stated by the seller on the product listing page, and or if the option is available at checkout. Watch Rapport has limited control over shipping and delivery.
